"This is a wonderful, comfortable property in a very convenient location to the historic district and other sites. It was spotless with many thoughtful touches. We brought along a lot of sundry items that were provided, which is unusual, in our VRBO experience. The bed was comfortable! We were thrilled to be able to bring our little dogs. The immaculate fenced backyard made us feel safe to take them out, day or night. There's also a cute outdoor patio, but it was just too hot for us to use it during this stay. Every appliance worked! The historic nature of the home and the furnishings and artwork were beautiful. If you have mobility issues though, this is not the place for you. There is an elementary school directly across the street. School was not in session when we were there so I don't know how that would affect the noise levels. It was quiet and peaceful when we were there. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads! We appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us. We'll be back!"

"Our second stay at the Quail Cottage - we will be repeat guests for sure!! Absolutely love the area and it’s the perfect place for us to stop for a night when making our 14-hour drive to the beach. It’s well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and feels like home. And our dog loved the yard!! Couldn’t ask for more!!"

"Condo was exactly as described. Great neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. Place was clean and did not have any issues, although as described in other posts, the hot water could use some adjusting...stayed warm entire use but was still warm enough to feel clean afterwards. Loved stay and will definitely try to stay again in future. "
