I had a great stay at Royal Beach Hikkaduwa. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. View from the hotel was just amazing. Just in front of the main surf point and you can watch surfers every evening while enjoying a cold beer. Food at their Lumina beach restaurant and bar was excellent. I had cocktails also. They had live music sessions and they also have 50% cocktails happy hour every day from 05:30 -06:30pm. Nothing beats watching surfers with a cocktail in hand. I’d definitely...

We had a great 2 night stay at the Villa which is right on the beach. The Villa is well designed with a lot of attention to detail. The pool and outdoor areas were excellent. The best part however is the service. Anthony and Mahesh were very attentive but very discreet. Callum the Villa chef was exceptional, we had 14 days in Sri Lanka and without question the food at Taru Villas was the best we had our entire holiday. Overall highly recommended.
