Check in was a underwhelming. Did not have code for entry and room number. Phone was available to contact someone to obtain info. Was told i should have recieved info via email, but didnt because i booked 3rd party. Onsite staff not always avaliable or helpful. Great breakfast and bus to city center was accross the street!

No idea about Expedia vip. Very old hotel, noisy. Great location is the only benefit. Staff were welcoming
