A fun half-day #kayak trip in the Black Canyon, it is just 2 miles upstream from Willow Beach to Emerald Cave (4 miles round trip). The cove is a great place to picnic and the cave, in the afternoon's light, is a great place for photographs! See desert animals and vegetation of the Black Canyon; Mojave Desert Flora and Fauna. It was an almost 8 hour kayaking trip with some #hiking involved. We started at the Hoover dam, the views of the Black Canyon are nothing short of breathtaking. #AquaTrove #nature
