Throw back to the 60’s hotel in convenient location. The rooms are clean but dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again reasonable price nice location quiet.

I LOVE the game trophies and hunting photos. Lots of character in this place. Not for vegans or the faint of heart. The facilities need updates which they are working on. Rooms could use a major rehaul and new carpets. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent offerings for a hotel continental. I do wish they would invest or use their reusable dishes for breakfast service instead of reusable. Love Thermopolis long live star plunge!

The bed was in good condition but very uncomfortable. We had an upstairs room in a hallway that was currently being remodeled. The floor was dirty and the place was run down. The only plus for staying here is the mineral pool out back.

I love staying at this place! Very clean and welcoming staff. Amazing lodge decor with safari and wildlife displays throughout. Large Hot Springs hot tub out back. Also has a pool and volleyball area. Breakfast is very good. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was delicious. And located in the state park. Don't forget to stop and see the Park and soak in its outdoor Public Bath House. And the dinosaur center is nearby too!

It was convenient for fishing. Good parking and restaurant. Beds were small. Facility is showing its age No elevator stairs only for second floor. Staff was accommodating and rooms were clean.

Convenient and quiet place across from the mineral hot springs. Nice fresh fruity ice water available at front desk. Only 5 mi it’s from town. We did not eat in the restaurant but coffee was good in the morning.

Except for newer carpet, the rooms and bathroom were really outdated. Hallways are in the middle of renovations but they were also like that almost a year and a half ago. Stall was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Overall a nice place. However, I was told because I booked through Expedia, in stuck in the handicapped room right by the main desk. It’s loud. The room is cold and I can’t turn up the heat. I physically exerted myself quite a bit today and looked forward to a quiet, comfortable room. The gentleman at the main desk said I wouldn’t be able to move to a different room. If there wasn’t a storm coming in, I’d sleep in my truck. Not ever going to stay here again.

Room was clean, but a little bit dated. The staff was polite and helpful. The hallways were somewhat dirty, but there is construction and renovation going on throughout the hotel. The location is great, close to the various park attractions, and the hotel itself is interesting and unique.

Room was run down. Splatters of food on the wall, bathroom tiles were broken, paint peeling in bathroom, bed mattresses were very worn out and sunk in the middle. Made for a very uncomfortable night. Tub didnt drain well, so after you showered you were standing ankle deep in water. For the price they charge per night, Id expect better.

They have the BEST hot springs hot tub. I stepped in and immediately felt the stress melt away. Rooms were quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great overnight
The staff was very friendly. From check in, to the rstaurant staff. The property and the rooms are definitely dated. However, the beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. The breakfast was also decent, nothing fancy...but they did have Capn Crunch Crunchberry cereal!

My apologies for not knowing the guy's name at the front desk, but, he was super friendly, very helpful very informative very patient. The room? It's a typical motel room :-) absolutely nothing wrong with it. The heater works extremely well. I was not aware that they had a hot minerals natural hot mineral hot tub but, that's okay it's free and open until 10:00 :-). It is extremely close to the star Plunge if you're looking for convenient proximity safety, this is a very good choice

It appears that this property is beginning to update. I've stayed here twice in the last year. Rooms are older, yet quiet and comfortable. Good bed and pillows. Could use some modernization such as USB ports.
