Luxurious one-level villa with a great lush garden, BBQ and private infinity pool. It has a master bedroom with king size bed, private W.C, huge wardrobes, small relaxing area with handcrafted furniture including office workspace equiped with Wifi, wide screen 32-inch Lg monitor , Smart TV-Netflix. The second bedroom includes Queen size bed and flat screen TV.
The cozy living room with adjoining balcony has breathtaking view of sea and city, 65 inch smart TV-Netflix, Dolby surround system and marble fireplace.
Across the hallway, you will find a fully equipped kitchen including new appliances, a brand new 4-door French refrigerator, dishwasher, hand vacuum cleaner, Nespresso and French coffee maker, microwave, toaster, waffler and dining table.
There is also a fully equipped main bathroom.
Terrace deck by the 60 sq.m inifinity pool equipped with sunbeds, large umbrella and outdoor dinining..
