"This property was the most amazing spot out of 6 different hotels we stayed during our tour iof the southern part of Italy. Extremely clean, spacious, modern decor, unbelievable shower, clean and spacious bathroom, massive room, clean and soft bedding sets on a nice and perfectly firm mattress, and an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Most of all, a refreshingly bright room (when all lights are lit up). Pus, every staff, I mean, everyone including the front, was extremely courteous, polite, friendly with lots of smile, including the staff at the diner for breakfast (which was also incredibly amazing!). A nice garden and a pool to walk around in the back facing the ocean right in front. Don’t have enough words to best describe how truly and unbelievably amazing the stay was! "Villa Noemi blew our minds. After staying in apartments in the rest of Italy, Villa Noemi was a bresh of much needed fresh air. Antonino and Noemi were fantastic hosts and were prompt in there replies to all of our questions. We had a user issue with the heating system and getting a toilette to flush, but Antonino showed up twice within 5 minutes to take care of the issue. The villa has an amazing covered veranda from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, the bay and Castellammare del Golfo. It includes an outdoor cooking setup, which we didnt get to use but was fun to dream about. The property also includes a small orchard with mandarins, oranges, lemons and grapefruit. There is nothing better at breakfast time walking out the veranda door and taking a 1 minute stroll to pick your breakfast fresh off a tree. Truly a delight!! There are also olive trees, but I hate olives and I steered away from them. Villa Noemi was the perfect base of operations for my family of 7. We travelled to San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Erice, Palermo and Salinunte. We eagerly and happily stay stay here again and again and again!"

"The house was lovely and looked just like the photos! We had such a lovely holiday. The pool and the seating area beside it were very relaxing (although there were a couple of broken chairs) and there was a kitchen area with most of the things you need for a holiday stay - fridge, oven/hob, dining tables, cutlery and crockery, etc. Host was welcoming and very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Electricity costs were extra, but this was well explained and clear from the outset. However, if you are staying here you will really need a car... Although the house is not far from town, the connecting road cannot be used by pedestrians and the walking route involves a long diversion."

"This property is a hidden Gem. The facility is new and modernly updated. The staff is wonderful and very eager to please. The breakfast is very good. The pool, the spa and easy access to the beach by shuttle is wonderful. You would definitely need a car to explore the area but the hotel can assist with that on site. Our visit was for 11 days and we enjoyed every minute of it."
