"Ich war bereits zum zweiten mal dort. Was ja bedeutet, dass ich nach dem ersten Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden war. Die Schwächen des Hotels waren mir also durchaus bewusst. Am ersten Tag hatte ich morgens zwei kleine Wünsche geäussert. Bei meiner Rückkehr gegen 21.30 Uhr mußte ich aber feststellen, dass die nicht erledigt wurde. Da die Rezeption aber noch bis 22 Uhr besetzt war konnte das noch erledigt werden. Aber insgesamt hatte die Dame letztlich insgesamt einen unprofessionellen Eindruck...

I had to ask what I should do with the key when we were ready to leave. I never did receive a response from the call staff but instead had to rely on another guest to tell me where to drop them. "

"Ich sollte für das Einchecken 10 Minuten früher 15€ bezahlen. In der Nacht bin ich beim Late Checkin nicht mehr an meine Tasche gekommen."

"Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience."

"The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price."

"Wie ich ankam, empfing mich ein Schild Ruhetag. Ich dachte das sei für die Laufkundschaft, aber nein keine Speisen oder Getränke zu erhalten. Ich wieder ins Auto und einen Gasthof gesucht, denn ich hatte Hunger. Das Zimmer ging. Am 2. Tag das selbe: Frühstück und danach war ich auf mich selbst gestellt. Also kein Urlaub!!!!! Ich verlange die Hälfte meiner Kosten für die Unterkunft zurück, da ich dort gezwungen war mich anderweitig zu versorgen."

"Ik vond de ontvangst niet erg prettig omdat er voor 16u alles dicht is. Weliswaar kan je niet voor 16 u incheckenmaar toch. De inrichting is verzorgd maar behoorlijk gedateerd. En technisch achterhaald."
