Once inside Wifi worked great. Couch was comfy and had recliners which was perfect for my elderly parents. For those with mobility limitations, the grond to get to sidewalk is uneven (gravel) and there are stairs. My 80 year parents had a little bit of a tough time getting in and out. A few important things to note: parking is a little unclear, the natural rock steps to the house are steep (older people/ children might struggle), the spiral staircase is really cute, but very narrow and steep (which, again, would be an issue for some).
