"Eggs gone, had to wait over 20 minutes for them, 7 little pieces of sausages. Kleenex under bed, floss pick under other bed, not dusted, opening by fridge had all kinds of stuff along side. TV remote no batteries but desk put them in. TV only had one channel however desk personnel reprogrammed tv. Paint and dust along edges of flooring. Elevator dark and dirty."

"Hot tub was luje warm. The skeleton crew could barely keep up with taking care of basic amenities. The breakfast eggs, donuts and muffins were fine. The bacon was seriously undercooked, I microwaved mine to bring it up to a palatable state. "

"I booked a room, arrived at the hotel to a kiosk in the lobby, after waiting an hour for it to update and find my reservation, I was notified that there was not yet a clean and ready room for me. I could not locate a person to help me and I left the hotel."

"My door was opened two times between 7am and 8am by the impatient housekeeping while trying to sleep. Unlikely to stay again due to housekeeping opening door around 7am."

Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. The front desk staff were friendly. "
