Peaceful Pines Cottage 5 minutes from Old Forge


Get away from it all and enjoy Peacefull Pines. This cottage has all the comforts of home and then some. As you enter there is a porch with a full futon couch and tv. This leads to a comfortable living space with a futon couch, vaulted ceilings and a wood stove. There is a separate dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked.
The main house has two bedrooms which each feature queen beds. Each has a mounted fan and big windows. The bathroom has a small tub shower combo.
There is an added bunk room behind the neighboring garage. This space has a queens bed and a bunkbed with a single and a double bed under it. This area has a fan and an electric heater.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer and located through an exterior separate entrance on the back of the house.
There is plenty of space outside to play games and a large fire pit to sit by at night. Beach access to Lake Tekini is within walking distance.
Mr. Coffee, Kuerig, Firepit, Washer & Dryer, Internet. *No sheets or towels are provided, guests must brung their own. Pillows and bed quilts are provided.

**Winter rentals are only for the main house. Which can sleep 6, 2 beds and 1 futon. Trail 6 access.

Hunting camp

5 adults stayed 2 nights here while hunting the adirondacks. It is a small cabin, but was sufficient for our gear and a warm place to sleep.

5 night stay with friends and family

My wife was too pregnant to tent camp this year, this was an awesome replacement to accommodate her needs. The location and yard were quiet and peaceful, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was great.

Quiet and Charming

This place was nice little escape for a family weekend away. The house is situated in a nice quiet area, but close to the main road. Made it easy to come and go. Even though it may seem small, its nice yard makes up for it. Kids enjoyed the whole experience.

Quick girks weekend, we really enjoyed staying here. Just a few mins to old forge, quiet neighborhood. Its small, perfect for 4 adults.

Amazing cabin and property!

My daughter and I spent a couple of days just relaxing and taking in some Adirondack air before she headed back to college and this cabin was the perfect place! Everything from the beds, to the decorations and the furniture was extremely inviting and comfy. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your vacation!

Best cabin in the adks!

This is the best place to stay! Super clean, easy to find, and the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils , pots & pans. We loved the wood stove (perfect when we were there, it got down to 19!). Perfect driving distance to town and hiking locations. We can’t wait to come again!

Rustic Cabin

Beautiful place to stay. We were minutes from Old Forge yet it still felt private and secluded. Everyone was friendly. People walking by or driving by waved and said hello. The cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely book Again!

Peaceful getaway

Peaceful, clean , and well stocked property nestled in a Adirondack neighborhood that was fun to walk around and take bike rides thru. Also had access to a small beach a short walk away. Would love to return!!!

Family Fun in the ADKs

Thanks for opening peaceful pines to our family +dog We had a wonderful time. Old Forge and Inlet are our favorite mountain towns. We camped for many years and now are enjoying staying in a cottage/cabin in the woods. We loved everything about yours - location, size, decor and rental fee. We will definately come again 😊

Cabin nestled in the woods

The cozy cabin sleeps 5 with an additional 5 in the bunkhouse. There is one small bathroom and the rooms in the cabin are not spaced for more than 6 people. Very nicely organized and furnished with essentials. Large yard and nice fire pit. Check in process was simple. I would recommend this cabin and would stay again.

Cozy Cabin

Comfortable and clean with 3 Queen beds. The garage bedroom was nice, but could use s table lamp for reading. There are no closets so it was difficult to organize clothing.

Nice Little Cottage!

This was a great location for snowmobiling, right on trail-6. Mostly smooth for a first time rental, no major issues. Will rent again. Thanks for the FUN!!!
