  • Get away from it all and enjoy Peacefull Pines. This cottage has all the comforts of home and then some. As you enter there is a porch with a full futon couch and tv. This leads to a comfortable living space with a futon couch, vaulted ceilings and a wood stove. There is a separate dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked.
    The main house has two bedrooms which each feature queen beds. Each has a mounted fan and big windows. The bathroom has a small tub shower combo.
    There is an added bunk room behind the neighboring garage. This space has a queens bed and a bunkbed with a single and a double bed under it. This area has a fan and an electric heater.
    The laundry room has a washer and dryer and located through an exterior separate entrance on the back of the house.
    There is plenty of space outside to play games and a large fire pit to sit by at night. Beach access to Lake Tekini is within walking distance.
    Mr. Coffee, Kuerig, Firepit, Washer & Dryer, Internet. **No sheets or towels are provided, guests must bring their own. Pillows and bed quilts are provided. **

My wife was too pregnant to tent camp this year, this was an awesome replacement to accommodate her needs. The location and yard were quiet and peaceful, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was great.

Amazing cabin and property!

My daughter and I spent a couple of days just relaxing and taking in some Adirondack air before she headed back to college and this cabin was the perfect place! Everything from the beds, to the decorations and the furniture was extremely inviting and comfy. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your vacation!

Quiet and Charming

This place was nice little escape for a family weekend away. The house is situated in a nice quiet area, but close to the main road. Made it easy to come and go. Even though it may seem small, its nice yard makes up for it. Kids enjoyed the whole experience.

Peaceful, clean , and well stocked property nestled in a Adirondack neighborhood that was fun to walk around and take bike rides thru. Also had access to a small beach a short walk away. Would love to return!!!

Cabin nestled in the woods

The cozy cabin sleeps 5 with an additional 5 in the bunkhouse. There is one small bathroom and the rooms in the cabin are not spaced for more than 6 people. Very nicely organized and furnished with essentials. Large yard and nice fire pit. Check in process was simple. I would recommend this cabin and would stay again.

Cozy Cabin

Comfortable and clean with 3 Queen beds. The garage bedroom was nice, but could use s table lamp for reading. There are no closets so it was difficult to organize clothing.

Wonderful cottage in a private peaceful setting

We had a wonderful stay with 2 couples. The home was just perfect and beautifully decorated. Great pans and knives which can always be a hit or miss and one of us was a Chef and he was very happy! Plenty of room for 2 couples and more, if we all still had littles it would be ideal. The setting is just so private, we saw 4 cars go by the entire 2 night stay. Our husbands swam in the lake, we had fires each night and made s’mores, went on walks around the lakes each morning. The place was clean and comfortable and just wonderful and it rained most of our stay! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful but cramped

We loved the house but for 5 people and 1 infant it was a bit cramped. There isn’t a whole lot of seating together for all of us in one room. We booked in July so it was hot and the fans weren’t quite able to cut the heat. There was some trash/ items left from previous people as well. However, the proximity to the private lake as well as old forge was amazing! Definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful and relaxing

It was perfect! We were all getting burnt out so a nice relaxing and peaceful get away tucked beneath the pines was what me, my husband, and my dog Lily needed. We invited our friends to stay with us for the night and they loved it, such a good time. The hosts really thought of everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home there and comfortable. The cabin itself was beautiful and perfectly decorated and very inviting also super clean which was a plus! Our dog Lily also felt really comfortable there she is a collie shepherd mix so there was plenty of space for her to lounge around when we weren't taking her for walks or hikes. Highly recommend if your looking for a recharge or place where you can just lounge around in and put on some tea, read a good book, or watch a movie surrounded by nothing but nature and pine trees. We are super grateful we got to stay there, and we hope to visit again!

Truly relaxing

Was a great spot. peaceful and quiet for sure Shower is fantastic...... Nice having dryer for wet towels, suits, on cool, damp evenings so we did not have to get into damp, cold suits next day !! Oven was not clean on arrival, perhaps an oversight when last cleaned....... sticky racks, burned stuff on bottom and that is the ONLY negative Also, just to let you know, the house key was a struggle, did not work easily...........perhaps can be replaced Pull chains/strings on fans/lights in main room could have been a little longer .... we addressed issue... hope you did not mind Great place you have, a treasure for sure.
