"The room was lovely like always, and the breakfast is so much better. I had so much fun and a lot of peace thank you Encore !."

"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"
