"The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island

8/10 Good

"The staff was very helpful, even let me check in early. Room was clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff was very friendly. Only downside was that trash collected happened VERY early in the morning and my room was near the dumpsters so I was awoken to beeping and banging. Did not partake in the breakfast but it looked good."

Great Wolf Lodge Cincinnati/Mason

8/10 Good

"We stayed in a room with a king bed and two double beds. The room was very spacious, had a mini fridge, counter space with seating and a microwave. It was on the first floor right around the corner from the pool. While the location near the waterpark was nice, it was loud during the day. We had a lot of overhead noise. There were also ants in the room, but it wasn't bothersome enough to report it to staff. The staff are always nice and helpful. The waterpark always entertains the kids. Parking is $20 a night. When you first get into the lot you get a ticket it tells you $20 for 24 hours, but when you check-in, they tell you its $20 each night and you use your wristband to check in and out of the parking lot. It is handy to be able to tap your wristband for payment and room card so you do not need to carry around anything with you."
