"I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. Close to train station and shopping centres and there’s a Tesco express near by for essentials. "

"Hotel was very nice comfortable and clean great location near to Utilita arena and sea life centre. The only main issue was the totally exorbitant price of food and drinks and absolute rip off £27 for one glass of wine and one whisky????? Are these prices picked out of the air because I can buy a bottle of whisky and a reasonable bottle wine for that price. Bring your own refreshments that’s all I can say. I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"
