Villagers Homestyle-Walk to beautiful Lake Sumter Landing or take a two min. golf cart or bike ride in the included gas golf cart and 2 cruising bikes with helmets.
Enjoy all the great shops restaurants and nightly entertainmnet in the square, from the sought after location of Virginia Trace.
You will enjoy our 3bdr/2bath open floor plan home with all the comforts of your own home.
This home sleeps 6 and includes a master suite with a king size bed, 40" smart TV, a walk in closet and a master bath with dlb sinks and walk-in shower.
A Separate guest suite on the other side of the living area includes bdrm #2, with a queen size bed, bdrm #3 with twin beds and a guest bath. Your stay includes all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There is a separate laundry room, a screened in birdcage patio with comfortable patio furniture and a dining table for four.
A gas grill is also provided.
The living room is furnished with comfortable leather reclining furniture, a chaise lounge and a 65"smart TV with cable package, internet and wifi.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic and is one block from the neighborhood pool and a couple of minutes golf cart ride to one of many recreation centers where you can enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and meeting rooms for clubs and activities.
Come enjoy the 42 executive golf courses where your golfing is included with your $50 Resident ID's. There are also 12 championship golf courses that are accessible for an additional fee.***there is no landline phone at this home, a cell phone is required***

Great Property and Great Location

My stay in The Villages was better than expected. The house was spectacular. Very clean and well maintained. The proximity to Lake Sumter Landing was pretty awesome. Very short golf cart ride to the square. I would highly recommend booking this property. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. Lots of communication and very kind.

Great house, great location!

We stayed here for a Christmas visit with grandparents. Getting a house is so much more comfortable for our family than staying in a hotel which we’ve done the last few holidays. By renting a house, we (two parents) were able to get a temporary resident ID cards which allowed us to make our own tee times. The house was super clean & very comfortable! It had everything we needed and more. We had no issues during our stay, and any little question we might have had was cleared up by reading the convenient house manual. We didn’t get to ride the bikes b/c we were so busy golfing and visiting family, but we loved that they were available. The golf cart was really convenient to have. Sumter Landing is super close. Really, renting this house was a game changer for us! Thank you!

Our Family has rented in the Villages before. We chose this location because we are partial to Lake Sumter Landing. First impressions are everything! As soon as we walked in, it smelled and was visually so clean especially since pets are welcome. The size of the house could comfortably fit a family of 6. We had 4+ 2 dogs and it was amazing! The location was central to all the great little spots, easily get to all 3 town squares, all the pools and recreation centers. There is so much to do. Anything you could need was available in the house. The use of the golf cart meant that we did not have to drive my car all over. It is only a 2 seater, so you might have to rent an additional cart for the week which wasn't a problem. We booked our additional on on the drive down to the house. We rented from J&J carts. They delivered and picked up the cart at my convenience. *and was the best price. Finally Lisa was so easy to stay in contact with. She set up all of our passes for recreation and/or golf passes which saved us the time. She outline everything she expected from our stay. "Rules" were clearly defined. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home and we would def book every time we go back!

This property did not disappoint! The location was close to Sumter Landing and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Lisa had all of the necessities, and then some, and we enjoyed every minute of our time in The Villages!

We were in the area for our son’s college graduation. The house was in a perfect location, close to the ceremony and shops and restaurants at the villages. The house was nicely decorated and sparkling clean.

The house is large and layed out great. The inside and outside make you feel right at home. The house is located right near the center of Sumter Landing... and easy 10 minute walk to the square and all the shops and resturants. We would gladly stay here again. The area is beautiful.

Amazing Location!!!!

Anyone looking to stay in the heart of The Villages, this is the place to stay! Three bedrooms, two baths extremely clean house and everything you need. Golf cart got us to Sumter Landing to all restaurants and boardwalk getting ice cream at Häagen-Dazs within minutes.

Beautiful home

We had a very comfortable stay during our time in the Villages. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with many extra touches. The location is ideal for proximity to Lake Sumter Landing. Very nice neighborhood and Lisa was extremely helpful and responsive.
