Wonderful stay, perfect location

Perfect spot for visiting family in The Villages, bright spacious home, layout makes it very easy to share. The place was very clean and cozy. The golf cart was a wonderful addition so we could really experience village life.

We enjoyed our time in this space. House was in a nice quiet neighborhood that we were able to walk around daily. Loved having a golf cart right there! Kitchen was well stocked.

Very nice home. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee bar is a nice touch. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Lovely screened in back porch. Beautiful master suite! Great area, close to where my parents live. We had a wonderful stay! Made some great memories!

Great Home/Great Location

Very modern, comfortable, well-stocked home in a nice neighborhood. Excellent location: very close to Lake Sumter Landing and multiple golf courses. The use of the golf cart made it fun to cruise around the immediate area. We used our rental car very little. The host, Tammy, was friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend!

Nice accomodations

Everything was fine and worked very well for what we needed. My only complaint is that we needed to reach out to ask the owner to change the thermostat settings. With the system they had, I feel they could have just set a range but allow us to work within that range and everything when I'm in fine. Despite that, the owner was extremely fast to respond and make the adjustments.

Perfect Location

Close to Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. So close to Winn Dixie and the pool. We actually walked to the pool and Coconut Cove Rec Center. The open doors to the Lanai was wonderful, we enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings outside. Golf Cart has amazingly comfortable seats and the turn signal goes off by itself so you don't drive miles with a flashing turn signal because you forgot to turn it off. Everything is as listed we enjoyed out stay at The Villages

Quick Trip Beautiful Stay

My siblings and I needed a place to stay while we attended a family funeral. It was so nice to be close to our family living in The Villages, the church and reception hall. The home is beautifully appointed and maintained. Beds were comfy! It was a quick trip and we wished we could stay longer to enjoy the enclosed porch, spacious home and the golf cart! We really appreciated the easy process in this hectic time. Hoping to get a chance to visit again soon and would look to this space as a first choice!

Had a great stay!

We enjoyed the house very much. Clean and well kept. We took advantage of using the provided golf car and navigated well with Waze for streets the Village also has an app to help navigate the golf car trails. We visited all the Town Centers for Live Music and had dinner at some great places. We met more people in 7 days than we have met in 20 years in our current neighborhood. Very refreshing to know you can walk up to anyone and they will talk to you and be as helpful as can be. Great time! The owner was perfect.

I cannot wait to rent here again! I stayed for 3 days with my two sisters in order to visit our Aunt who also lives in The Villages. The location was perfect, the house perfect - comfortable, spacious, beautiful. Please do not hesitate to book your accomodations here. I am a very detail oriented person who loves cleanliness, organization, and all things home decor. This home was EXCELLENT! The master suite is gorgeous, the additional 2 bedrooms comfortable and well-equiped. I especially loved enjoying my coffee on the lanai every morning. There is even an adorable pink golf cart and access to all the amenities. Thank you, Patty! We were able to easily and comfortably make memories with our family that will last a lifetime!

Lovely village home

This home in the villages is very lovely. It was very spacious for 4 adults. Very easy to get in and out of in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were roofers working on a house close by but the noise was low. Her home is very soundproof.The Sumter Landing area is very popular for restaurants, shops and entertainment. And everything is within minutes. We stayed 2 nights and found plenty to do. The other residents and visitors are very friendly. Our host Tammy was also friendly and respectful. She is easy to communicate with. She responded within minutes with an answer to any question I had. I highly recommend this home.

Location was great. One of the toilets should have been repaired before we arrived. Batteries in the front door lock should have been installed before arrival. Overall, it was a good stay.

We had an amazing time at Tammy‘s beautiful home and would love to stay again. We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. We loved every minute of our visit.
