Nantucket is a great location in The Village of Buttonwood! This 2BR, 2BA cottage is perfect for long term stays. Enjoy grilling and relaxing on the enclosed lanai with AC. You can cruise in the golf cart to Lake Sumter and Brownwood Square where you will enjoy nightly live music, restaurants and bars, other outside entertainment and shops galore. During the day, you will enjoy life as a villager; you may swim in the numerous pools, golf, play pickleball and eat at the many country clubs.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Golf Cart: Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart reserved for your arrival.

Wonderful getaway

This home was perfect in every way. It has easy access to all activities and if you are a golfer you will be surrounded by golf courses. It is very close to Brownwood where there are wonderful shops and eateries. The neighbors are very nice and it is a peaceful location.If you are looking for a vacation rental look no further

Very nice area and neighborhood. Some tweeks but overall a lovely time. Difficult to get the tv channels to work.
