This property is described as an exquisite designer home, beautifully maintained. Not in our opinion, for the price we paid, we expected much more. The entire home is dated, furnishings are old. The master bedroom is described as a Dream Come True - not so, the king bed had a old queen comforter; the lamp had the finial missing so the shade wobbled. The bed was very comfortable and the master bath was great. The second bedroom had a full size bed (who knew they even sold them in the last 15 years) is not adequate for 2 adults. The 3rd bedroom has a pull out couch that only a child could sleep on (bar in middle of mattress). This home sleeps 3-4 adults at best, not 7. Bed sheets are discolored and stained. We had plumbing issues in the 2nd bathroom which Caroline took care of. TV would have been non-existent if we hadn't gone out and bought 2 Roku's and set up YouTube TV on all 3 TV's. There were maybe 3-5 channels available through her Cable. The kitchen was nice but cookware needs replacing, and crockpot doesn't work. The golf cart is not the one pictured, it is old and the armrest on the passenger side is broken. The rental home we paid a premium for was not what we had envisioned. Caroline was nice enough but we feel this home needs work. The neighborhood was delightful and a great place to walk our dog. We also loved the 3 nine hole golf courses in Mallory CC. Very convenient to Lake Sumter Square also!
