This place was beautiful for my family. We were there for my Mom’s friend 80th birthday party. The 3 bedroom villa was plenty room for all of us. Kim was very responsive when we had questions. Great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Or other family there will be definitely using this place. High 5 to the best Villa.

The Perfect Spot!

We came as a family to golf and enjoy the sunshine and the pool after our games. Perfection! The home is exactly as advertised , actually better - so well stocked with lovely touches - with easy instructions for check in and out - and a real property owner to deal with - not a management company.

Everything You Need!

Very well maintained modern Villa! Every appliance or amenity needed at your fingertips from a Grayco pack-n-play to a Roomba and all top of the line quality! The golf cart was very nice with upgraded seats and arm rests! It was very fast as well making a much quicker commute to your destination!

Fabulous home & owners!

This is the perfect home to enjoy some relaxation! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even purchased a pack & play for our son when I inquired about the property have a place for him to sleep. The outdoor space is huge and closest village square had great entertainment! We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Courtyard and would definitely book again! Your attention to detail in the decor the cleanliness and you’re welcoming touches made us feel right at home. We loved your saltwater pool! Friendly neighborhood and the use of golf cart and bikes were appreciated. The host responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. Wonderful property. Lots of extra touches to make it feel like we were guests. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Close to my parents. Pool and bags games were fun! Kitchen was full stocked...even had lots of spices and plastic bags/aluminum foil.

Nice size home with pool!

The home was a described. VERY nice home, quality furnishings, & Large kitchen with eating bar open to family room. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, pans, etc. The screened pool was nice and large outdoor area gave us extra room to hang out. The golf cart was a nice though there is a fee and deposit required, and you must provide receipt proof that you filled with gas. We've rented other homes in villages that don't require that. That detail was not disclosed until after we already paid for the rental home, and it was inconvenient to have to drive it to put gas in when you are trying to pack up and check out in morning, so just plan accordingly. The neighborhood was quiet as you expect in villages. Shopping very close. All in all, its a good size home for family gathering in Villages/Leesburg area! You won't be dissapointed.

Fantastic home in the Villages

Kim/Dave are superb owners! Everything at the house was like new—pots/pans, kitchen utensils etc. The outdoor space was much larger than we expected. Pool was heated & very clean. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable & many lounge chairs. Indoor furniture was just as comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet yet many neighbors said hello while we walked around. This was the nicest home we have rented with Vrbo. We have already booked again for next year. Location was perfect for us—Spanish springs, lake sumpter landing & brownwood squares are all very close. Communication with Kim/Dave was always answered quickly —this is a must rent home. House Cleaners even found my iPad & Kim called me immediately—these owners are honest & trustworthy!!!

Very Happy with our stay. The Kitchen had everything we needed. In addition, all utensils and appliances were nice. Not "leftovers" from old used sets. The master suite and outdoor spaces were especially nice! Everything was just as pictured.
