- Just updated with a new floor in the living room, new vanities in the 3 bathrooms, new comfortable couch and 2 new Smart TV (in the living room and the master bedroom).
Conveniently located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. This large house has three full bedrooms and bathrooms, each set up as a separate suite for maximum comfort and privacy.
Free WiFi, cable TV, and a 2-seat golf cart are provided in the house for your convenience.
The master suite has a lovely bedroom, a sizable walk-in closet with double vanities, a separate shower and large tub, as well as a separate toilet with a bidet.
The kitchen underwent an upgrade in 2020 with new appliances, including a sizable washer/dryer. Enjoy a formal meal for 6 in the sizable dining room, or unwind in the roomy living area while watching your preferred shows on the big TV.
