    You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is warmly decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and an eat in area. This home also offers a semi-formal dining area. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed, TV, 2 walk-in closets, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other guest room offers a full-size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home also offers plenty of privacy in the rear with privacy landscaping outside the screened in lanai. The lanai offers a table & seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.

    This home comes complete and includes a 4-seater golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also encouraged to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

    This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

    NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

Great Location

King size mattress very uncomfortable and pillows could be updated very old. Refrigerator water Spicket doesn’t work and the master shower drips. But we appreciate everything else. Thank you!

It was perfect for family dinners and gathering together, and the layout worked very well for us.The location is wonderful. It is very close to the Bacall Recreation Center, which we loved. The neighborhood is nice, the neighbors were friendly, and the golf cart was terrific and a big plus. Overall, it is a great home in a great area.The only significant issue during our stay was the lack of working WiFi. Because the WiFi did not function at all, there was no access to streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu, and internet access was unavailable. This was especially challenging during a cold holiday weekend when we stayed in at night and local offices were closed. Down Home Properties was unable to assist due to the holiday, and even with a computer science major in our group, it was clear the WiFi simply was not working. The setup appears outdated, with tangled cords and equipment, and the home would truly benefit from a new WiFi system and a proper streaming setup for both TV and internet.A few small suggestions would be to provide additional blankets and pillows, as it was a cold weekend, and having coffee available upon arrival would be a very nice bonus.Aside from the WiFi issue, everything else about the home was great. We are very grateful for our stay, would recommend this property, and would gladly return once the WiFi is resolved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location. The house was generally acceptable, but like an old motel that hadn't been updated but is serviceable. Rarley see non porcelin sinks, the sinks are fiberglass and show scratches and don't rinse clean with just water because they are old. The kitchen faucet doesn't shut off without effort and is visibly damaged. Living room furniture like cheap rental furniture and not enough light in the living room or kitchen dining. Low wattage light bulbs like a cheap motel and need at least one more lamp. The kitchen table is marred, the laminate surfaces are scratched and damaged. There are chips in the ceramic tile. Beds are great. Golf cart has burn in seat and no basket for storage, and the golf bags won't stay in place because there is no base support for them - just the straps that hold them in at the top. Had to put a small clothes basket on the seat and use bunge strap to hold it so we had a place for a sweater or golf head covers. Can't use the cart to get groceries because there is no place for them. Overall, the property is overpriced. I assumed for the price we would get a nicer property - which it would be if someone kept it maintained and up to date. I feel like we were overcharged - someone is asleep at the wheel for taking this rental property listing at this price.

Perfect vacation house

The property is well located in the villages. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, a pleasant surprise after our previous rental. Included an electric grill that was great to use. Sitting in the screened in lanai was pleasant but the shrubs needed some trimming. Overall a great place to rent
