"Lovely stay. We were there for 10 days and the place was homey, spacious, seaside, with a lovely pool area and a close walk to the lovely Sandy bay beach. Joyce met us there and is a warm, lovely person. In fact all staff working around the property were so friendly and helpful."

"Don't be put off by the somewhat dilapidated reception area and inner courtyard. Our room was bright and spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. A family run business, everyone was friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. The inn is in a super location with the beautiful beach and all its restaurants just over the road. This is a great budget option for anyone wanting to explore Anguilla."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Anguilla home and would absolutely return. One of the biggest positives was that the VRBO photos truly matched the property — our expectations based on the listing were exactly what we experienced upon arrival, which was a huge plus.The home is exceptionally well stocked. From beach towels and coolers to take to the beach to a fully equipped kitchen with spices, plenty of dishes and glassware, four coffee maker options, microwave, two refrigerators, dishwasher and disposal — everything we needed was there. We also appreciated the great iron and ironing board, plus two washers and two dryers. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, with floaties available. The home itself was spotless, the A/C worked great in the bedrooms and living areas, and the quiet, modern ceiling fans kept everything comfortable.We loved the private access to Black Garden Bay. While not really swimmable, it’s beautiful and peaceful — perfect for listening to the waves and collecting seashells. The nearly identical dual master suites upstairs provided ideal privacy for two couples. Jeet was responsive and genuinely wanted our stay to be perfect. Several grocery stores are within a 15-minute drive, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!"

"Everything about this place was wonderful. A true gem. And so is the host Ivor. He was very helpful both before and during our visit. He even helped us find a rental car, when we couldn’t find one on our own. The place is impeccably clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. Better than our own at home. There is a private beach and two kayaks and a paddle board for guests to use. Also the kitchen in the apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The airport is close so it is easy to get to. We were concerned about airplane noise but we barely saw or heard any planes during our visit. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Wish we could have stayed longer than just a week. "

"This is a very cozy and well-equipped condo in a stunning location with spectacular views. There's both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a waffle iron but no toaster or microwave. Water is from a cistern, so plan to boil water or use bottled water for cooking and drinking (wish I'd known that in advance). The complex is a short walk to a sweet little beach. I'm rating it 5 stars although there were a few issues, because those were beyond the host's control and the property is great and an unbeatable value. • The road to the condo was closed (Jan. 2026) with a somewhat harrowing detour in place. Following the GPS got us lost.• Property manager was away. Covering staff didn't seem to know we were coming. Didn't get garage key until day 5, so couldn't access washer and beach chairs. • We lost power the last night from about 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Anguilla is rustic and this happens. There are candles and rechargeable lantern and you can light the gas stove with a match, but keep in mind you won't have a/c, fans, and running water eventually (electric pump) or any medical equipment such as CPAP machine.All said, I loved it here and would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We really enjoyed this location and how close it was to a couple beaches that were great for exploring, hiking, and rock scrambling. The roar of the waves was awesome! We did that every morning before we packed up and drove to a swimming beach. The house was clean, spacious, and as pictured. I will mention that there was no dryer, but there was a clothes line. I also didn't see a grill, but we weren't looking for it either. We would definitely stay here again!"
