"Great location great hotel"

"It was great everything, room, staff, pool, food "

"Breakfast - lots of little children handling serving spoons and utensils Staff not on top of filling coffee and water Bar and restaurant- already adds 20% gratitudy. After I asked about it, staff made me go up to the bar to order my food for a following visit. Bedroom - bed is very hard and creaks loudly with the slightest movement. Lighting too dark in room to read. Housekeeping did not stick to schedule and entered room when I was in my pajamas - didn’t give me time to respond. Bathroom - not enough space to put things, no towel racks. On reviews - they try to entice customers to give good reviews by getting a prize at the hotel for a review. "

"Clean room "

"They tried to charge for parking when that clearly was not in the Expedia listing. They did end up removing the charge but that argument was right after arriving from a long drive and it set a bad tone for the vacation. "

"Excellent place to stay if your going on a cruise we were picked up from airport and taken to the cruise ship the next day."

"Pool and rooms were great. Lots of hallwsys and section but after a day you get used to it."

"Rooms were out dated and not really kept up with. Had mystery stains on the ceiling and floors"

"The room was pleasing to stay, room was clean, tables looked clean. I would say the overall experience was 10/10 but the only thing that was missing from the from was a power cord for the Telvision"
