"Nice place to stay and close to the parks. "

"No airport shuttle service. Very old and outdated facility in and out. Doors and walls dirty, definitely need a coat of paint. The bed squeaks every time you sit or move. Very dark room and vanity area. Cannot even apply makeup."

"The property is outdated, furniture in room old and worn, got an ADA room when it was not requested, carpet was old and felt dirty, the breakfast was the only pleasant thing. When we complained to front desk they offered free breakfast which was already included in the ridiculous room cost. The hotel also has a very strong perfume scent that is borderline unbearable. The brand has seriously neglected this property. They also have a 20$ a day self parking charge and then charged 32$ to enable in and out . Overall disappointing. "

"Check in was terrible. Stopped into hotel 3 different times. 1:30 PM from airport - check in line was out the door, same for 5:30. Kept busy until 8:30 with my 2 and 4 year old and was told my room was not ready. "
