"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."

"The ac did not work they canceled my room before I even got there to pay the guy that was working was rude as heck when checking out I had to ask a few times for a receipt for the deposit and had to go back and ask for one for the room will not stay here again"

"We stayed here with family. The house was clean and was a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed that it was about a 15 minute walk to the Civic Center and to the Downtown area. The backyard had 2 charcoal grills and grilling tools. The backyard was a nice place to be outside. Check in was easy and the host was quick to communicate. We would come back if we are traveling to Columbus again. One bed is upstairs in the loft with a spiral staircase to access it. It worked fine for our teenager."

"Clean room, bed was awesome, great location for the Pro Am Archery tournament. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. One if them came to our room to check our remote. Parking was great!! Breakfast was good. "
