2/10 Terrible

"This hotel was not a good experience for us, we booked our stay 4 months ago and upon arrival they told us that someone had canceled our stay at corporate do to being over booked.. Finally was able to get in a room after a hassle even though it was not the king room we originally booked. The hot tub heater was not working. The key entery for outside pool door access was not working so you had to prop a door open to get back in. Morning breakfast was never fully stocked and staff was not friendly or helpful. 20 people trying to use 2 waffle makers cause there was no other food options. The shower in our room did not drain and there was no TV remote in room. This could of for sure been a better experience do better La Quinta."

"We arrived at the hotel early and checked in; however, the front desk attendant barely greeted us. Since it was too early for a room, she said she will put me on the waiting list but she never called so we hung around until the time to check in. The attendant this time was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the pillows were too soft and the TV did not work properly. Overall it was a nice stay, breakfast was good and most of the staff were very courteous."

"There is a disconnect of miscommunication between reservations and their front desk. What has been paid and not been paid in advance doesn't translate. And notes made on the reservation for special accommodations or special services not notated or read by the check-in staff. Front desk sometime dismissive of concerns."

"The house was amazing. Clean !! I didn’t see one bug! Water pressure in the showers were good! Pool was clean and big. I don’t have complaints but I do have suggestions. The queen rooms upstairs could use updated beds, as they were a little sunken in. The first couple of steps leading down to the beach is very slippery and has a slight dip. It caused like 4 people in our group to fall. These will not however keep me from rebooking this beautiful house. Love love love it!!"

"Everything was wonderful, with just a couple of issues. The set up was lovely and clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were soft, and the events for families was an added bonus. Unfortunately, there were bugs flying in the room constantly getting into our food. THEN, every morning at 5:30 there was a horrible mechanical sound which woke me up every morning. I finally went to the store and bought a pair of earplugs to make it bearable. All and all a nice environment, however the insects in the room and loud noise at 5:30 every morning will likely cause us to find another location when we come back in July"

"We have a big family, and I brought the grand’s and the grandkids with us. This is a great property to rent. If you have a senior with you who cannot walk long distances to a beach. There were a couple minor things that happened that the owner responded to very quickly. I would not hesitate to rent this property. We had a wonderful time if you’re bringing your grandkids bring a kite to the beach. They will have so much fun."

"This unit is really in need of a deep clean and air circulation. It smells wet and musty. The fans that work are covered in dust and overall just felt and looked dirty. The kitchen was barely equipped to get by. Lucky for us, there were only three people staying because there were literally only three forks available. No pots to use, only frying pans. We come to PCB twice a year and unfortunately, this is not a place I would stay in again. "
