"Not sure I would stay again. Floor tiles were coming up. Room was okay. Didn't use the whirlpool. The issue was in the morning there was a lot of slamming doors and a fight between a woman and a man started and it lasted about 2 1/2 hours until we decided to leave. And when we left the attendants didn't ask us how the stay was. The cops should have been called. Very unprofessional."

"Stayed for only one night but I will definitely not be going back. Pool area was way over capacity. First thing when you walk in to the service desk are 2 signs, 1. No Smoking and 2. Manager On Sight. We attempted to do some swimming but couldn’t even move in the murky nasty pool water which I took my kids out of asap. Went out to dinner and came back to our room smelling like Marijuana where the smell came mostly from the bathroom. Went to tell management to where I was told someone would call me. Never received a call that day nor an offer to move to a different room. Next morning breakfast was dry, sausage patties were rock hard and I couldn’t wait to just leave the place. I checked out and told front desk to have a manager call me. Never got a call. Called again 2 days later to advise I still hadn’t received a call from management and was told I needed to take my complain through Hotels.com "

"Although I thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub (which was the reason I got the room) the water did come out slowly and the breakfast was absolutely not worth the time...the people were nice and the atmosphere serene and quiet...I would still go back but I would get breakfast somewhere else...also the return of my money that was for any issues that was placed on a hold has yet to be returned...but still I'd go back again.."
