This is a great hotel, looks like a brand new property. It has a laundry, good breakfast and great employees. For $60 a night this is a steal considering a hotel like this in NY will cost around $400 a night.

Upon arrival our bathroom smell like urine and the front desk was notified and promptly sent someone to clean. The young lady did an excellent job but it showed that my room was not properly clean before I arrived.
