The best shower for all hotel I had been. There were so many activities for you to enjoy. I met new friends, so fun. The property builders in 1972, still good maintain. The best of all to make this place luxury was the team members who work here. They were so nice, friendly and helpful.

Staff was AMAZING, especially Simeli, Mereoni from Activities and Maggy at reception. You can learn so much about Fijian culture with the Fire Walkers, trip to the village, Kava ceremony, etc. The beach was beautiful and the rooms fantastic. The food was delicious and the hospitality of everyone went far and beyond. Vinaka!

Room was clean and put together so no complaints there. Staff also were helpful. Limited activities and food menus and service were sub par. Food was probably less than subpar. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was using as a stationing ground only. I was very disappointed with the food since there really aren’t any options nearby for alternatives.

We booked two Premium Marina view rooms via Expedia. Excellent booking experience with Expedia. Very disappointed with the rooms allocated to us. Both had a really bad smell that lingered. We made a decision to approach the reservation staff. They were super helpful. The onsite Manager was very good. I’m glad we did as since I agreed to pay for any difference for an upgrade. They upgraded us to Superior ocean view rooms. Those rooms were spacious, clean, updated and with amazing views. We would like to Thank the staff for their prompt actions and to the duty Manager. The buffet breakfast and dinner we ordered at their restaurant were really great. It turned out to be a wonderful time for my family at the Pearl. Thank you.
