"really enjoyed the hotel. Nice interior, and the room had everything needed for comfort and convenience- towels, robes, slippers, a kettle and coffee maker, a fridge. Good toiletries and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with lovely bedding. I especially loved the high ceilings. The room was warm and cosy. Delicious breakfast, one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had, with Ukrainian dishes like syrniki and pancakes, fish. Very fresh and tasty. The service was pleasant; the reception staff and housekeeping were so polite and kind. I really did love it. Thank you for your work.
