"Definitely old style strip hotel, but I like that kind of thing. Bed was comfy and nice hot water, so no complaints. I also love the fact that it had windows that open, so I was able to open the window and listen to the thunder and lightning & rain storm early in the morning"

"The room seemed older and needed some TLC especially in the bathroom. The shower door runner at the bottom was very dirty and it needed to have the caulk redone. The bed was not comfortable for me, but it may be fine for others as I have a bad back. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was hot and delicious. I would stay here again even with just a few things I felt needed attention. Parking can be an issue if the diner in front is busy but it’s not something that would stop me from staying. It’s close to the turnpike and 295 so that was good for us."
