"front desk staff was rude and although we had 1 reservation for 2 rooms, she argued that we only had 1 room. The manager had to get involved and found our reservation CLEARLY stated 2 rooms/ 3 people. "

"Breakfast variety was good. Eggs were the normal hotel/motel fair with little taste. Waffles and Sausage gravy was good. Parking was great and well lighted!"

"This property is fantastic. The area is quiet and tranquil, house is very clean and fresh, stocked with everything you need, all the furniture is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was top notch. Outdoor living space is huge with plenty of chairs and tables. Big sandy beach and plenty of water space to pull boat/jetskis up. Pool heat was golden; it was still nice and refreshing during the day and perfect in the cool late evening/night with it heated. Had a wonderful week here!"

"We had a great stay. The house was in a great location, well equipped and very clean. We had a couple small issues that were dealt with quickly. I would recommend this house. "

"The place showed that the owner took a lot of effort to create a theme throughout the house.. It was surprising to open the closet door and see a stuffed tiger looking at you and an elephant table. As for what could be improved - pillows too smelly and very flat - towels in linen closet were not even folded or smelled clean, kitchen needs more dish cloths and dish towels, second bathroom needs towel under the cabinet to use, kitchen cupboards could be empty more for groceries, have cleaning supplies for the bathrooms you want the tenants to use, second tv more options to watch , free golf cart to use, and Air fresheners. It was a convenience for walking to the park and having the Newcomers book to locate and learn about things in the Villages. We did not have water for most of a day and it was a huge inconvenience . I had to go through many phone calls to determine the cause and when it would come back on. Ii left the two papers regarding the information on why it the water was off and a second paper about boiling water before drinking the second day. Maybe it would help to address utility numbers, groceryy store locations, medical urgent care areas . My husband got ill and had to go search to find an Urgent Care and. A pharmacy. We did have a great time there and have wonderful memories ."

"Clean, great communication, excellent location, quiet and tranquil. Needs a fair amount of updating / small repair items. A few are not so small (railing around deck is quite wobbly). Well supplied with household items needed. The sunsets were astounding and plenty of wildlife. Responsive owner. Stayed here 6 wks January & February 2026. "
