"Room was on first floor next to the busy road with no proper curtains to close the windows. Lights from ongoing vehicles kept flashing in the faces all through the night. Water was cut off even before it was time for checkout without any warning. Sofa bed was very bad with no proper mattress. Could literally feel the bed frame. Staff were kind and polite and breakfast was decent"

"The staff was friendly. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Not much but visible. There wasn't any parking. So i did the valet service. After picking up my car and hitting the road, we had stopped for gas and noticed a deep long scratch above and around my driver side door handle. This was my first vacation and I'm upset. "

"The room is decent. Out pf 4 nights, the last 2 were filled with doors slamming, people yelling and laughing in the halls, more door slamming, us calling the front desk at 3am, then 4:15am, begging them to move the people who are being loud. More door slamming and loud talking. Breakfast is 99% carbs with slices of bread instead of bagels and/or muffins. Disgusting eggs and gravy. I've stayed there several times but this will be my last. Pay more and stay somewhere else. "

"Beautiful pool and rooftop bar area. The room was very clean and probably one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever been in. It was so nice to have a handheld shower. I give the Ellison five stars across the board and with very definitely stay here again."
