"Staff was accommodating and kind. The coffee and tea is a nice touch. Great location and nice common areas. Free parking. The room was a little shoddy, especially the bathroom but products were nice. They really need to dilute the cleaning products though. Way too strong of a smell in the linens and the room. We had to keep the doors open to air it out."

"If you want to be in/near the Hamptons-and want downtime-this is the place. It is a sanctuary away from all of the hustle and bustle. It feels like you took the Sagamore and put it on the Long Island Sound."

"The location and the setting are great. Loved the layout of the spacious room with a little kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and had nice linens. The whole place inside and out was very clean, and we loved walking and sitting down by the marina. The Lavazza coffee in room was delicious! We didn't get to try out the food truck, but the complimentary breakfast was underwelming. It included some rather dry pastries and coffee that needed to be refilled a couple times while I waited. The breakfast area and lobby / sitting area is beautiful so that part was enjoyable."

"Room small but very functional, well decorated, bath modern, and very upscale. First night the attendant was wonderful. That was on the 18th. Next day, we had a leak at the shower because the molding on shower door was not working correctly, and the floor got wet. Staff was not really very responsive to that. Had a wonderful area for eating at the restaurant with nice fire pits, very nice with an overview of the water. Nice porch to be able to sit and read in the morning or many people were doing work. One annoyance was that one of the guests was having his phone on speaker while he had a business meeting and he spoke totally out loud, and was very distracting and basically rude. He should’ve taken that conversation elsewhere and taken a walk or gone back to his room. Staff did not feel that there was any need to say anything to him. “It’s a public space” Also, there was an area right near the parking lot that was right adjacent to the building that was totally mowed in full of weeds, that really would’ve been nice if it was cleared up. In all we would return, it was very pleasant otherwise. Nice view of the harbor small but nice. And located really conveniently right by the ferry."

"The house and location were perfect! The house had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We used the kayaks and paddle boards right in Goose Creek. Would highly recommend Pats house to anyone wanting a lovely North Fork vacation."

"Mark's house is fantastic! The house itself is clean, spacious, inviting, open and bright. Master bedroom is amazing with views of the bay and balcony. Beautiful big open kitchen that is great for preparing big meals, with direct access to great deck to eat outside. Pool is brand new and amazing with side yard giving ability for kids to run around and play. Steps from private beach to bring the heart rate down a bit and relax by the bay. 2 min drive into town for coffee, restaurants, daily needs, etc. 7 min drive to Greenport where there are way more of all this as well. Mark was accessible for any need at any hour of the day and was extremely responsive. He even coordinated to place bikes and toddler scooter at the house knowing we were interested in them. He provided great recommendations for things to do in town (e.g. go eat at Waypoint!). 5 stars - highly recommend and hope to be back as well!"
