"This place is all about rest and relaxation. The view of the ocean from the private balconies was amazing and the condo itself was very nicely kept and very clean. The short trip down the elevator to the boardwalk and then to the beach takes all of 3 minutes! We already miss walking on the beach in the morning with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise! The beds very comfy and there was a fully stocked closet with beach chairs, towels and toys. The kitchen was ready to go, all we needed was to bring in some groceries which was easy to get at the nearby Harris Teeter store. The island is very laid back but enough to do explore nearby to have several trips out to shop or enjoy some dinning. We even found a nearby basketball court at Night Heron Park. Highly recommend this place for a quite getaway!!!!"

"rooms were clean but sheet had big stain on it. Pet area good.a few issues, garbage disposal button was out and in bottom of cabinet. No TP dispenser in bathroom. Minor issues but brought to your attention. Would stay again very short walk to beach."

"Condo is in a great location just a few steps from west beach and green bike trail. Condo was ready when we arrived, easy to access and very clean. The view from living room and bedroom is amazing, great view of sunset. Kitchen is a bit dated but all appliances worked fine. We will stay again."

"Communication with the property manager was great. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage disposal when I first arrived. She sent somebody out. Problem resolved! Evidently the renters before me had prepared seafood. Everything else was extremely clean. The only other big worry I had was underneath the house where you must park. It was very dark and in order to get any lights turned on you have to walk well into the dark carport to find a wall switch. This was a great concern to me and I hope that this matter is quickly resolved as well. Thank you! "
