"Woke up covered in bug bites!!! "

However, rates were significantly higher due to a trade show, and the overall experience did not fully reflect the price paid. The hotel feels a bit dated in some areas and could benefit from updates and refreshment. It was an acceptable stay, but expectations should be aligned with the pricing during peak periods."

"No reservation when we arrived. Expaedia system errored and booked us a day later. I had to reserve again on the spot. Thank goodness I insured the initial booking. Cancelled it. Color scheme was dingy and older. A bug crawled on my adult son who was our driver. Our room was quite aways down the hallway. Quite a walk for two elders."
