Parking was extremely easy, it's in a garage and it feels safe and clean. There's an elevator that takes you up right next to the check-in area. The check-in clerk was very friendly and gave us recommendations as to where to eat around the area and what was nearby to do. That's where the positive things ended. The room itself was fine, however the air conditioning took a long time to actually cool the room down. The room was clean, which was fine, but the bed itself was very uncomfortable, it felt solid like sleeping on a wooden plank. The side panels on the bottom of the bed were aluminum and we ended up accidently kicking it a few times which resulted in a loud sound, on top of that if you made any sort of movement while laying on the bed, the bed would make a horrendous sound. The breakfast was the hugest disappoint. The "continental breakfast" that was included was the worst I've ever experienced. It had cereal, some fruit, bagels, yogurt, and a belgian waffle maker. Not a single piece of protein was found, just carbs. Was a waste of time and our second morning there we didn't even come down for it. Overall, if you're looking for just a place to stay, this is below average. We will not be coming back to this establishment.

"Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! ..."
