"This hotel is a motel on the bottom level with inside hall and outside doors. We did experience some late night voices going by our room but not for any great length of time. There was a hot breakfast, not special, but adequate. They had personnel issues on our 2nd morning, so breakfast was not ready when we went. Not the manager's fault, but she didn't really know how to run the kitchen. Our room had a 2 person jacuzzi bathtub which I didn't expect, but it was nice."

But, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the room has been recently renovated, so recent that it smelled like new. "We chose to stay at this property while visiting Holland for tulip time. It was nice to get away from the crowds to stay at this property. It was so new and updated with cute decor. The breakfast had a decent number of options. The pool was nice and the salt water was so much nicer than chlorine! "Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."
