"We had a really nice stay overall. The property is about 2-3 blocks from the ocean, which was generally an easy walk for us. Could be tougher with little kids and a bunch of beach equipment though. Clean and bright, modern/updated finishes. Lots of space- we really appreciated that everyone had room to unwind. Two notes to be aware of- there's a full flight of stairs to reach the unit AND all of the fans and lights are controlled with the same type of remote. . . In this unit and the one below I think. We had several times that our lights and fans would seemingly randomly turn on and off, and it took us a few days to realize that it was because someone in another room had turned on/off their ceiling fan or the folks below us had. "

Also just to make you all aware, there is a soft spot on the right as you step up into kitchen. Also the bathroom attached to master bedroom, it took about an hour each time someone took shower"
