"This is an old hotel building that had had attempts made at refurbishing it, but even those are worn. It wasn't very busy, staff never left their little office space. Stay if you're only needing cheap room and are okay with getting less than you paid for."

"We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

Expedia told me the hotel manager denied the refund. Was advised by Expedia to speak with hotel staff and have them send email that they would refund but hotel denied and said they don’t decided that. "
