"Slap bang in the middle of the centre of the hague..walking distance to trams and buses. Great helpful staff . Beds a bit hard for me personally and pillows could be a bit better and also towels need to be bigger . Otherwise comfortable stay "

"Check in was automated and the code I was sent was incorrect so I wasted 45 minutes getting to my room. The room was large at first glance but there was no bathroom as such and it was cold. It’a quite dark (ina stylish sort of way) that made getting ready in the morning more of a challenge. The room was clean and in very good condition and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t opt for breakfast. A second stay might be easier now I have learned the lessons."
