Room is good and presentable except floor carpet

Average, not so good. The whole floor carpet was tear and wear with dirty marks. It should be replaced with presentable clean carpet (not necessarily elegant or expensive).

Fijn hotel, goed ontbijtbuffet. Enige minpuntje vind ik één van de mensen bij de ontbijtservice. Reageerde nogal geïrriteerd, als men de koffiemachine te snel wilde bedienen (was inderdaad ontzettend traag). Binnen vijf minuten zei ze wel vier keer dat mensen zo ongeduldig waren. Tja, raad is dan om een goede beschrijving op het apparaat te plaatsen ipv dit steeds te moeten zeggen. Rest van het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam 👍

De hotelkamer was erg smerig. Vlekken in tapijt,kapotte gordijnen en ramen die niet willen sluiten. Douchegordijn erg smerig, zit schimmel op. Kapotte voegen in badkamer.

Fijne locatie in Den Haag, goed ov bereik en goede verzorging. Zowel de kamers, hotel en ontbijt zijn prima. Wel is het tijd voor nieuwe vlierbedekking en een likje verf kan geen kwaad.

Een grote smeerbende. Eerste kamer was echt extreem vies. Vlekken in het beddengoed, bloed op de gordijnen en de badkamer pikte helemaal. Nieuwe kamer gekregen en was iets beter. Ontbijt daarentegen wel prima maar never nooit meer daar naar toe.

Het bed ligt goed en het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamer heeft op het tapijt en in de badkamer vieze plekken, waardoor het een minder gevoel geeft. Kort bij het hotel zijn er weinig dineropties en moet je al snel terug richting het centrum. Wel goed te bereizen met een paar tramlijnen

Haben uns anfangs ein neues Zimmer geben lassen da unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde und außerdem unser unser Tisch kaputt war. (Sollte einem auffalen, wenn das ein Tischbein einen 45 Grad Winkel zum Tisch hat...) Das neue Zimmer war dann auch nur zum Teil gereinigt, man hat immer noch Haare von unseren Vorbesitzern gefunden und es lagen Krümel und Büroklammern auf dem Boden. Zudem waren unsere Gardienen voll mit Löchern und rissen und obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist, waren über all brandflecken von ausgedrücken Zigaretten. Auch im Hotelflur hatte man das Gefühl, dass einfach nicht gereinigt wird, bei unserer ankunft standen leere Getränkedosen im Flur, die bei unserer Abreise immer noch da standen. Ich fand den aufenthalt jedenfalls für eine grpße Enttäuschung.
