"We stayed in June (winter) so may have felt different due to the cold weather. I can imagine staying in the summer more opportunity to use all the facilities available including the outdoor pools, basketball courts, and outdoor spaces.
The restaurant was not open on the days we were there (Sunday evening arrival, stayed Monday). Our purpose was to see the penguins so we didn't mind too much. Cowes is very close and has lots of supermarkets to pick up needed items if necessary. There is water dispenser on site.
Each room is an individual cabin - it's quite comfortable and has most of what you need (basic utensils). There is lots of wildlife so lots of rodent droppings on the patio making it a bit less fun to hang out to eat outside.
The pizza place is good and the washer and dryer were super handy and they give a few packs of starter detergent.
It was cold but there is a heater and if you turn it all the way up it heated up the place well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin.
They do try to sell you on the timeshares with free breakfast and a $50 voucher so just beware -they weren't super pushy about it or anything."
"Lady at check in on 24/06/26 was wonderful. She remembered our names and always spoke to us kindly. We stayed in cabin 10, a 2 bedroom cabin. It was clean, well maintained and we slept well as the beds were comfy.
The location is great if wanting to do anything around Phillip Island. It backs up on a beautiful beach front and we were able to watch the sunrise.
Kids loved the games room and hiring the karts for $10 per 30 mins.
Great value for money."
"Very quiet and private. Close walks to beach and easy access to lots of beautiful places.Place has everything you need, very efficient and comfortable bed."
"Great amenities, our toddler loved the toddler pool. We loved the sauna and spa. The jumping pillow was lots of fun as well as the swing and oval for footy and cricket. We saw wombats and kangaroos bouncing, beautiful surroundings and close by Inverloch beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
