"Do not stay here on the off season if you don't have a car! There are no taxis around! The floor heat was never warm enough and it went off at night so we woke up to freezing weather. The bed heat pads were nice, but we ended up going to bed at 5pm to stay warm."

"It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. "Amazing site, spacious rooms, we had a his/hers side, each with own bathroom, TV, and balcony: one side for couch, other for hot tub and bed! Free water, Let's Be coffee and Aloe drink, wifi was great as well. Manager very responsive, let me know site check in time was incorrect (arrived after 3pm), but allowed for earlier check in (usually 5pm I believe)."

"This hotel was super pet-friendly, which meant every elevator ride came with the delightful possibility of a surprise dog sighting. We weren’t traveling with pets ourselves, but honestly the occasional elevator pup cameo made our day every time. The location was perfect—walkable to tons of great spots, and if we needed to go farther, it was about a 15-minute taxi ride in pretty much any direction. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which always makes a stay feel extra special. And bonus points for the little coffee shop inside the hotel—it was so delicious and quickly became part of our daily routine."
