"This is the second time rentung this townhouse. We absolutely love it here. Being able to just walk out onto the beach is wonderful! All the beach toys, chairs, paddle boards and umbrellas are provided which helps out so much. Packing all that takes up so much room. The owner Eric is so helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this townhouse. We definitely will be back! "

"We will definitely be back! This place was perfect for our crew. The 12 year old boys were thrilled with the pond for fishing and the pool right at our back door. We loved having the golf cart for hauling our beach chairs and toys and kids to and from the beach. The teenagers were thrilled to have their own space where they could get away from the younger kids. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect. There isn’t a “bad” bedroom in the place. Everyone was so happy. My brother in law stayed 2 weeks before us and they raved about the place too. Perfection! "

"Beautiful home conveniently located to beach access. Description of walk time to local attractions are acurate! Home was clean. There was a minor fly issue in garage and a few made their way inside (looks like pest control may have had a recent visit to the home which is appreciated). There was also a slight mildew smell in main bath near sinks (tolerable, but not expected).Home came equipped with all the house essentials for a multi-family stay. Furniture and decor are up to date (as shown in pictures), but a golf cart and bikes were also presented in photographs of property and neither were in sight. I emailed property group/manager regarding golf cart and bikes and never received a response. This is why I give communication and description a slightly lower rating. Check-in and check-out was seamless. The two living room areas were perfect for 15 guests. The kids enjoyed the pool area.Overall, we were pleased with the home and would prefer a vrbo property with golf cart, in future."
