"We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy. "

Property management was clear with instructions and checked in with us regularly. Any questions we had about the property were answered, very easy and short walk to ocean with plenty of this to do in the area. Perfect Family retreat. Thank You. "

"Stunning view from the balcony! Private access to pool with complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas were very nice, however were removed too early in the day, in my opinionI was asked to move so they could take them around 4:30ish. Right before sunset! Condo was perfect setup for our group! I will get a golf cart next time though!! Would highly recommend "
