"It was perfect for what I needed it for. Very close to downtown (not walkable) and easy to get to neighboring towns. Beds are comfy and the room was clean. Friendly staff. Room smelled a little musty from humidity but that’s expected in an old motel. I would definitely stay again."

"Amazing stay! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 12! I've found my new place when I visit Franklin. It's the 1st VRBO I've stayed in that the place looked exactly like the pictures. The couch is a little wore out, I would prefer recliners. Definitely booking for December, and will probably be back in November too!"

"For the 2 weeks we stayed there the rental was line a home away from home. Very secure and safe. Me and my wife found it very confortable and access to washer and dryer. This save a little bit of money and time from running to the Laundermat.I was close to my new job and was able to have lunch every day that we were there with my wife.Close to a grocery store just a walk away. Police and Fire 1 block away from our street.For 2 people it is perfect not too small and not so big. Just right.We met our host in the middle of the 1st week and was very helpiful and friendly. Just a E-mail or text away if any issues arise. Parking is right next to the front door"

"Adorable cottage, a mix of old and modern. Beds are very comfortable. The microwave is small but mighty. Did not use a lot of the amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, jacuzzi tub, etc) so can't comment on any of those. Brenda is very kind, a great host!"
