"Pool was nice, Front staff was extremely rude, we reserved 2 rooms and i communicated weeks ahead of this with staff, i also reached out to remind them a week ahead and then the day before, upon arrival we did not get conjoining rooms, we asked about the room right next to our room and the receptionist was absolutely rude with an eye roll and snap of the neck and her words " you think there may be somone in that room because dont you think we would have given that room to you if it was avaliable" with a smart ass snicker afterwards..... after paying 400$ for 2 rooms...... and not getting what i paid for i was upset, spoke to the manager and she was very accommodating and moved us to conjoining rooms and gave us a 25$ gift certificate for the restaurant. We were happy until......... The kicker of the whole stay.... a random guest knocks on our door, #160 (where our children will be sleeping) tells us to be cautious with this room, as it doesnt lock, you didnt need a room key to enter, even with dead bolt latched, this gal was moved from that room just hours before and the staff was well aware of this situation...... so they moved us to an unsafe room, the back exit door doesnt latch either so im extremely weirded out with the safety of this set-up..... we told the staff(rude lady as day before) we also asked for management and still havent heard from them in regards to our unsettling safety and sleepless night due to the door not locking with our teenage daughters sleeping. "

"Easy check in process, pool with slide was amazing! Gym was always clean and had fresh water. Would stay again if we ever come back to SD!"
