"Arrived at the hotel and people outside searching for cigarette butts on the ground. Check in process was fine and then walked into the room only for it to smell very strongly like someone was smoking weed in the room. Asked to change to a different room but was told none was available so we left after that. They did say they would refund the pre authorization for the stay."

"Only had two towels and two washcloths nothing extra."

"Room and hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My 3 big boys had a blast at the water park and arcade. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be they couldn’t keep the breakfast stocked. But overall was a great weekend, we would stay there again! "

"Hot tub was broken, which we weren’t informed of. No towels in pool area, and when we did request and get towels they were a glorified hand towel. Our room was dirty even after staff came back to clean after we complained. When you notice dirt, you presume everything is dirty."
