"We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Waterpark is always a blast. Restaurant, lounge, arcade are awesome, you can arrive and have it all there without leaving."

"The young gentleman at check in was very unfriendly I could not get my credit card to work so I used a different one o just hope I didn’t get charged for it because I went thru Expedia the rest of the day and the next day was great"

"Our key card didn’t work and we waited for the employee to get back to his desk for about 5 minutes. We got up into the room and there was not a shower curtain. We tried to call down to the desk and the phone in the room was broken, so we used our own. No biggy. He said he’d be up with one in a couple minutes, after about 30 minutes we called again and then it was brought up within 10 minutes. We were also told that the pool /hot tub was not working."
