"Just a last-minute stay because the weather turned bad and I had a long drive home. But the hotel was extremely reasonably priced, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would visit again!"
"Very clean hotel in Norwalk. Was impressed with their Zen makeup of the lobby and hallway. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Definitely made my stay perfect and would go back when I’m in the area."
"We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??
Other than that (and the expensive parking fee), this hotel is wonderful for families and has an excellent hot breakfast daily."

"Stayed with our adult children for a family wedding. Everyone enjoyed the spotless, attractive & appointed home with lovely king beds in all the rooms. It was a treat!Host was very attentive, would highly recommend!"
"My experience with this property was unfortunately very frustrating. When I arrived, I was unable to access the unit due to a malfunctioning electronic lock. I reached out to the host immediately, but it took until the following day for the property manager to reset the lock code.This delay left me stranded and forced to find alternative accommodation on very short notice, which was both stressful and costly. I expected quicker and more reliable support, especially for something as critical as entry to the property.While I understand that technical issues can occur, the lack of timely response and preparation was unacceptable. I hope this is addressed for future guests, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this listing. "
